RL A-SPEC kit for a 2005 RL

Hi,
Just wondering if the front and rear bumpers parts for the A-SPEC are full bumpers or just add on's to the existing bumper? Have a friend who's interested in the a-spec kit for his car.

They both bolt on to the existing bumpers. I have just the A-spec front on my car so I know from experience you have to remove the front bumper to install. Not sure about the rear though.
