Bumping this old discussion.... So I think we might have a new option for foglights. I've been looking the new Morimoto Type Honda LED foglights, and based on the pictures, it appears they would screw right into our stock bracket. The guys at TRS are assuring me that it will more than likely fit our car... Any thoughts on this (possibly) new option?

Yeah these should fit perfectly. I just installed them recently on my Mom's 09 Accord and the fog light bracket looks the same.

Good color I like.

I finally had time to work on things. Not perfect craftsmanship but decent results.

Here's some pics without the Lexan. After contemplating blacking out the housing, I decided to leave them as the chrome/reflective and decided to colour match the shrouds LSM. The projector used was the Bi-Xenon: Morimoto Matchbox 2.0 with Micro Gatling shroud. Minor modifications such as shaving the back of the housing and the shrouds to enable them to fit were needed but worth it to get a clean oem like projector fog.

Here is what the chrome shroud looked like;

And this is what I decided to go with looks like;

Here are some shots of the finish product. I was a little sloppy with the silicone and some got on the inside. I will know better for when I do the other side. It also looks like I didnt apply enough silicon on one are. I plan to aply a bead around the fog between the lexan and the housing to be safe. I am also going to use my rotary tool to smooth the edges a bit.

Here are some other shots. I tried to prevent the glare but at the same time show some of the detail;

I'll finish the other side and install them along with the other mods and update my photo thread. Simply project which can be done in a couple hours

Here's the finished product on the car. Its clean but I don't like how it doesn't look symmetrical due to the shape of the housing and the size of the projector/shroud. I couldn't find anything smaller.

Glare makes it hard to see. I actually like better the more I look at it. I'll try to get better shots later

That's an awful picture.

Stand further away and get the camera lower. Take ones with the lights on and off too.

Ya it is bad. Better will have to wait. It started raining. Besides that I need to troubleshoot an issue with one dog not coming on. I think I narrowed it to bad ground or harness.

Well I got the Morimoto XB fogs in. Had to make a new bracket as it would fit on the OEM bracket but it sat 2 inches back from the opening. The fogs do fit with the new bracket pretty good. Very slight gap on the bottom but is barely noticeable. And a sneak peak at the new color for this year.

Was wondering for sure if the LED Morimotos would fit and you just confirmed it. Plan on making this my next mod soon.

A few questions, what did you use to make the bracket and how did you make it? Can you take a picture of the gap?

Nice color btw.
