Retrofitting adaptive cruise control?

Feasible?

If so, OEM parts still available?

That's just about the only electronic toy on new cars that I envy. I'd be interested to do it if it's practical. Knowing this car is built for it and that the parts exist makes me think it might be.

Worth it? Probably not but definitely doable.

Not sure what all the parts are but the minimum would be the front grille, VSA modulator & definitely some wiring.

Should be able to piece it together for decently cheap with used parts. New part's would be $$$$$

Doable yes, is the juice worth the squeeze? not sure.

I would think that if this controls the engine or braking to decelerate getting that all plumbed correctly and ensuring its working adequately and safe I wouldnt attempt it and not sure how you'd test it.

I love to this as well and did some research, it definitely need wiring. It can be done but if u going to buy all new from the Honda store, estimated cost will be $7000. This are the part that needed on engine 32120-SJA-A11 and dashboard is 32117-SJA-A01. Also u need the front grille with the radar milliwave, abs brake modulator, ecm/pcm that has cmbs/acc enabled and as well the gauge dashboard. But probably buy a car that was wreck at the back and pull out all the parts that needed.

Guess that won't be happening.
