Rear Vent knob jammed closed?

Rear Vent knob jammed closed?
Any ever run across this problem?
My rear vent knob is jammed in the closed position and for the life of me i cant get it into the open position
Ill put some pressure and the rubber on the knob will move a hair up and down but the knob doesnt turn to the open position for air to blow.
