Rear Differential
Like you said, there are two compartments. Thus, there are 4 bolts, 2 fill & 2 drain. On compartment is toward the front the differential, the other is toward the rear. The drain bolts are low, the fill bolts are high. All 4 are 3/8" drive bolts that a standard 3/8" ratchet (socket wrench) will fit into without a socket on it. I know for certainty that the rear fill bolt is on the back side between the diff and the frame. It is a tight fit, just enough to fit the ratchet in there. All of your bolts are labeled 25 in your diagram. The rear drain plug is at the bottom just behind the axle, the front drain plug is at the bottom just in front. I don't know why the front fill bolt isn't in the diagram unless I am forgetting something. I thought it was just above the front drain bolt.
It's a very easy service. The bolts are obvious as they are the only ones you can fit a 3/8" drive into. Just make sure you have a breaker bar to loosen and tighten, a pump for the new fluid, and a level surface to fill on.
