anyone know how to remove the rear cup holder? mine wont open because its all sticky. there's 2 screws that I can see, but it still wont come out.

 

2 screws on the bottom side, on the top side there are two tabs on the actual cup holder that can be pushed down with a flat head screwdriver. when removing the cup holder assembly, be care that the 2 screw holes on the bottom will catch in the leather. if you force it out, you could break both mounting tabs.
