Rear bumper molding

Hello everyone I have a 2008 rl and the molding on the rear passenger side bumper the chrome is peeling. Do I have to buy the molding bracket and how do I put it on without removing bumper. I’m at a lost anything would help I love this car thanks in advance

You can pull those without pulling the bumper, you can use a trim removal tool and put it between the trim and bumper. There are a few tabs that need to be pushed in order for it to be removed.
