Re-adjust headlights after lowering the car?
For those that have lowered the car, did you find yourself adjusting the aim for the headlights? I raised the aim right after I got the car and I am not sure if it's needed. Haven't driven at night yet after lowering.
By the way, UPS only delivered 3 of my new wheels. The 4th one will arrive next Monday.

With lowering you are likely changing your vertical aim point, so the headlights might have to have their aim point raised.
This same phenomenon you are experiencing with headlights is likely why I will never work suspension changes to my CMBS equipped car because I have no confidence the dealer can adjust the radar aim point back to specification.

The sensor for the headlight auto-level feature is attached to the rear shocks only. Which means when you lower the car, the sensor sees it as the rear of the car riding low, and lowers the headlights to compensate.
After I installed H&R Springs, I bought 4 different #2 screwdrivers that wouldn't fit the adjustment hole before asking the dealer to aim the lights for me. (They did it @ n/c while also doing the alignment @ $144).

Hey Max you want to post some photos of your car? My #2 screwdriver barely fits into the adjustment hole. The hole is slightly smaller than the screwdriver so I had to use a little force but at the end it worked well.

Could you tell me how you raised the headlight aiming point? I am frustrated with hoe low the beams are pointed and have had no success in getting my dealer to help me. Many thanks.
