Cool Rattle # 2

I have read about the rattle near the A pillar, which I don't have.

However, I have had a rattle in the B pillar next to my left ear.

When I took my RL in for my first oil change I had the dealer take a look. They claim that they can't hear the rattle.

At first I thought it was the plastic seatbelt height adjuster. I have held it and duct taped it, but that's not it.

Anyone else have this one and how did you solve it?

I'll try to get it fixed the next time I bring the car in for an oil change, but that will be six months from now.

Thanks in advance.

I have the same one, along with the A - pillar, steering column, stereo, passenger seat, & rear sunshade rattles. By far the worst car I've ever owned for rattles. My car's going in for service tomorrow, so will see if they fix any of them.

I'm also on my second rattle. The first one was coming from the rear decklid. After arguing with the dealer who claimed "heard nothing" I drove the service manager around who heard the noise and had the mechanic use felt tape. It cured the rattle, but the bill stated there was a TSB for it.

Now, I hear rattle/buzzing noise coming from around the passenger side seat belt area/roof handle. Anyone else experiencing this?

While it's disappointing to have rattles/buzzes in this car - the $50K flagship of Acura, my 04 TL was the worst car ever for rattles.

check the plastic clips that holds the rocker panel/a-spec side spoiler. I had one that wasn't completely seated and when i get up to speed and i hear the rattles (thought some screw came loose and rolling around somewhere). had it jack up, checked, pop it in.... and now it's whisper quiet
