I called cust service and got both the navigation code and radio code for my car.

When I start the car the small screen says "message". I use the scroll wheel and enter the navi code, the map comes up. But when I press the "audio" button nothing happens.

How do I get to the screen to enter the radio code?

 

Press the power button on the radio. You have to use the upper LCD screen and radio number buttons.
