I read through the old threads on fixing this problem. The link to the .pdf referenced in the thread does not work for me. Apparantly there was a TSB on fixing the problem. Can anyone reply with the TSB date and/or a new link for the .pdf?
Also, the non-ashtray door won't stay closed. Any help for links to solve this problem?
