Can someone please help me or give me insructions on how to post pictures?

If you have a place to host the images, upload them to the server. Then when you go to post them put
[I M G] URL [/I M G] (without the spaces)

If you do not have a place to host the images, feel free to send me a private message and I will give you my e-mail addr and host them for you.
