Parts Supplier

Everyone that I have dealt with for parts is excellent. I bought my parts from Daniel at Tempe Acura n Phoenix. First class service! We need to let people know when we get good service for parts or service. It benefits everyone.

I agree with you alfadoctor. If you find good customer service, spread the word. The dealership that services my car and that I buy most of my parts from is Crown in Clearwater Florida. Like you, I really appreciate Ken in parts who gets my s/o parts generally in two days. Many dealerships won't even order some parts unless they are prepaid. The guys at Crown all know me and will take phone orders with just a first name. Service there is also excellent. My service advisor and my mechanic both drive NXS's and my service director is a former racer. We all share the car culture. They are a great team of pros that have taken care of my 05.

Jeffrey Acura in Roseville, MI is a great dealer. Especially parts. Service treats me great too, they were really helpful when I was looking into my car's service history. Keeping in mind that I drive almost 30 miles to them, and I pass by two other dealerships, that's a big statement. I've dealt with the other two dealerships, neither have good service.
