Any "full synthetic" oil ( although most of them are not) and frequent changes is your best option.

I see, hmm. In this case, if I go with full synthetic Pennzoil or another similar oil, will I be able to prolong oil changes to 5k instead of 3k? If I won't, then there is no reason to change oil type.
I think the MID will notify me to change oil every 5k with the kind of driving I do and that is why 5k would be much more convenient.
