How many miles are on the car? Reason I ask is because you mentioned you paid 13,900 before tax/lic, that seems awfully low for a 2007. But it is a tough car to sell so I could see why someone would get frustrated and sell it for lower.
Also have the 1 year warranty just in case
Center is perfect door is starting to come up a bit... ill add more pics tomorrow
Also on a side note,
I called the mechanic that put in the engine, to check to see if timing belt was done, he said it looked fine, so he didnt touch it, engine has approx 90k on it, and he said that when I want to get it done, he would charge me 500 including water pump... Which from most of the prices on here, sounds REALLY good....

The driver's door armrest is a relatively easy fix. You can order the armrest and replace it yourself if you have patience to remove the door panel and deal with many screws (I didn't and had my Acura Tech do it).
The center armrest is not leather and the issue there is the vinyl skin de-laminates from the fabric substrate causing the bubbles. Acura wants you to replace the entire upper portion of the console for replacements that will do it again. My 1st replacement was done at 2 years under warranty. The second time at 4 years, I took an alternative route.
I had mine recovered from an automotive upholsterer in real leather for approx $100. They matched the leather well and replicated the OEM stitching. It looks like new 2 years later (my RL is now 6 years old), feels better and I expect much more durable.
Aside form some leather patina on my driver's seat, and recent carpet mat replacements, my interior is as new.

Tampa - arm rest looks nice. Did you also add some more padding too?
Also, on the drivers side door, did you consider replacing with a newer ('09+) version with the insert/cut out? I thought I read here previously this was a plug-and-play replacement.
Thanks.

I replaced the armrest before the revised driver door armrest became available, and that replacement is holding up fine. But I believe they are not interchangeable. When I looked at one in a 2009+ RL, the window switch faceplate looks longer and modifed. Maybe the armrest + the window switch faceplate can be done? I was not particularly interested in the finger pocket on the driver door. It would just be another place I have to clean out dust, lint and finger marks.
I do not have trouble reaching the door handle, my knuckles drag on the ground when walking upright.
