Need some "take apart" advice

Is there an online repair manual?
I need to know how to remove the intake manifold from the top of the engine to get to the valve covers.
Before I start taking things a part and finding out I need critical gaskets, I thought I would ask if anyone knows how this is done.

Do I remove the top plate (2 nuts and 8 bolts) to get to the manifold access bolts? Is that gasket under there a dry fit? Will I need the intake manifold gaskets and injector seals?
(I am kind of getting the idea why they charge so much for this in labor/parts)

IIand, thank you for the link. It is perfect. I am sure I have it book marked on my now dead hard drive (only lasted 6 months) . I have book marked it on this hard drive for future reference.
I have the sections I need printed out, will order the gaskets in the next few days and dive in with camera in hand.

That link is from the service manual in the Garage. I suggest saving the PDF to your computer to save the hassle of downloading it everytime.
