need help looking for a hid bulb

I'm looking to buy a replacement hid bulb my right light turns on blueish/whitish then when it's warmed up it turns yellow does that mean my bulb is bout to go out on me or ballast? And if so where's the best place to buy an own replacement? I've seen some on eBay that are Philips brand are those any good?

I've used Phillips D2S HIDs as replacements for stock on both my RL in the past when I owned it and now on my Lexus convertible. Been pretty satisfied. Consider getting 6000k HIDs. Nice white color.

Pre failure symptom on the OEM HIDs in my RL in the past was flickering.
