need to adjust my headlights: help!

anyone know how to adjust the headlights to aim higher>?
i just lowered my car and the front is slightly lower and the headlights only light up about 20-30 feet of road!

cool i got it thanks.. i think i broke the driver side adjuster tho.. it won't move up or down anymore.. at least i got it to the correct level first lol
