I have seen both kits here in pictures but not in person.. I also know that a mugen kit will hold its value for a long time, but which one its a beter look, i cant decide which one to go with..

they both look good. But one is way more easy to put on and dont have to worry about paint match. A-Spec

 

Hands down Mugen looks better, IMHO. Mugen will also cost you more than twice the $$$. I am not sure I follow you on the value statement. You do have 1 more option, Amuse, which will run you more than Mugen.
