Leasing Price Question

Hey everyone. I'm very interested in leasing a new RL, and got some lease quotes. This is my lowest one:

~ $539.00/month (taxes included)
~ 15K miles
~ $2450.00 down (includes inceptions and an extra $800 or so)

I was about to take the plunge, but I really wanted to try and get the down payment to jsut inceptions, while keeping the lease price the same. Think I'll be able to? Is this a good lease as is? Any help would be appreciated. Oh I live in Central NJ if it makes a difference.

Thanks

That's not bad and actually comperable to my deal a month ago....

$528 per month (includes taxes)
$2800 down
12k miles

I also had them throw in:

* Key Locks
* Mud Guards
* Wood Knob
* Spoiler

I promise you -- you will love this car and the people on this forum.

Here's the deal that I'm currently mulling over:
$1500 down
15K Miles/Year
598.99 (Including Taxes)
36 Months
Includes Wheel locks, mud guards, trunk mat.

This is in the So. California area. I've e-mailed almost all the Acura dealers in the area and had them fight over what's the lowest price they could give me.

I haven't taken possession yet... but will do so soon probably after September.

06 RL is coming out the first week of October. So if you can wake till after September you should be able to get a better price on any 05 RL on the lot.

I don't think you'll be able to keep your monthly lease price in the $539 range without the $2400 down. Inceptions alone are about $1000 to $1500 depending on which part of the country you live in. Your payment would be in the $600+ range if you only paid the drive off (inception) amount. The only way to keep that $539 range would be to negotiate an extremely low purchase price. We're talking about several thousand below invoice.
