Very nice review. Some interesting points, especially where the LEGEND name downplays the car and the Acura badge elevates it. I have been reading where the Acura brand will be introduced to the Pacific in 2008 and the LEGEND will become RL. Go figger...
The writer does fairly assess the LEGEND to it's true competitors. Interesting on the pricing similarities many here have noted in the NA market.
Global perspective on the LEGEND does explain much of why the RL is as it is.

Hmmm...remarkable what a high price-to-performance ratio an unbiased reviewer finds in this car, eh? I have no doubt whatsoever about the value equation of the LEGEND. It's brilliantly engineered and keeps growing on me, now at 9,500 miles and 6 months of ownership.
Honda is finally moving upscale with the Acura badge in the rest of the world. Just wish they'd name this car properly in the USDM. Hello?! It's the Acura LEGEND!!
