keyfob from another model on rl?
Has anyone tried to program a keyfob from a different model or newer keyfob from newer model to 05-07 rl?
I got one keyfob and its pretty busted
Was looking into getting one from a newer RL

The fob never changed from 2005-2012, so any RL fob from those years will work. Regarding other models, it will have to have driver IDs embedded to get all of the functions out of it, but even then, I'm not sure it would work.
I sold my fobs on the Black Market here for $75 without the physical key and $80 with it. That was the going price on eBay at the time, so you should be able to pick up a used RL one pretty easily. The biggest pain is paying the dealer to program it. Have to have a Honda HDS tool.
