IOS 7 issues or benefits
Hello to those of you that are reading this thread. I started this so everyone can weigh in on the effects if any of the new IOS 7 as it relates to our vehicles. Also it would serve as an insight on whether or not people who have not updated their iPhones will do so.

I updated on the 18th and have had no issues good or bad. Seems the same to me as far as the connection with the car.

My phone rings through my car's speakers. Every once in a while I have an issue with trying to dial out on the HFL and the call transfers back to my phone. I have yet to have that problem since updating to iOS7 but it's only been two days and I've only had that issue once a month or so lately.

That's odd what year is your RL. whenever I initiate the call on my phone and transfer it to the HFL it doesn't ring but once the person I'm calling answers then it comes through the speakers.

I've been running IOS7 since June on my iPhone5, through the developer program, and only had a couple annoying issues with the first 2-3 beta's. From then on though it worked the same as IOS6. Since IOS6 I have always had a problem dialing out from the phone, where the bluetooth doesn't properly connect to the car's connection the first try and I have to manually toggle it back and forth a couple times. I'm on the iPhone5s now, same behavior. I don't believe they changed the bluetooth chipset from iPhone5 to 5s.
