Ok well i got my car back from Acura today with shaved rotors and all systems checked and all is well and tonight i see that the AUTO/DUAL buttons on my climate control are not illuminating at night.. I lightly tapped the climate box and the 2 buttons next to it lights went out but the temp control swith on the passenger side illuminated! I never saw those illuminate before!! I guess I am taking it to Acura tmrw again in order to pick up my all weather mats and have this handled. Is this a common issue?

 

Depending on the age, the bulbs, which are mini incandescent types, will eventually go out.

If the vehicle has some age on it, it is sometimes recommended to change all the bulbs in a certain area, once the dash is taken apart. This way, you won't keep having bulbs going out on you.

So far on my 05 I only had the seat heat illumination bulb go out.

 

I replaced the same exact bulbs a month ago. Used the link below for pictures and bulb part numbers.
