My 2008 RL speedo dial is not bright in daylight. I can read it but looks very pale. During daytime without parking lights on.

Is there any setting which dealer can change to make display of speedo dial brighter blue?

These buttons work only when parking lights are on. My issue is during daylight

 

Nothing you can do. The daytime setting is what it is.

 

I can adjust my daytime as well as night time brightness using + or - buttons. I wonder if you already have it on full brightness.

 

You're not really adjusting the daylight brightness. With headlights off, you can push those buttons, and it will show a graph in the MID, but that is the NIGHT dim level only. To confirm this, at night, turn headlights to OFF position and adjust the gauge brightness. Note it doesn't change.
