Hole behind dead pedal

I'm trying to run some cable and am trying to find a hole that is behind the dead pedal. I tried searching but didn't find anothing. Does anyone know where exactly it is?

What is confusing about the post? There is supposed to be a hole behind the dead pedal. I took off the pedal, took a pic and posted so that anyone who knows where it is can direct me to it. I prefer not to drill which is why I'm looking for it.

that doesnt look like steel. you havent reached the firewall yet.
pick up the carpeted cover and see if there is a hole in the sheet metal

Ya I did that. I just didnt take a pic of it. There is no hole or gromit there. It must be somewhere else.

since, I dont know of the hole you're speaking of, as im just helping to troubleshoot.

if you picked up that carpeted cover and inspected the firewall and didnt find a hole to fish wires, you will now have to find a different hole. (thats what she said)

since the floor boards are already torn apart, it wont be hard to inspect or to look.

if you cannot absolutely find a place to fish wires through, you might have to go through hood and door jamb.

this is totally up to you and your quest to find an opening.
we can suggest things, but its up to your decision making on whether to proceed or to scrap the project because the hole might or might not be there

I still think there are holes under the carpeted area....that you will be able to fish wires through.. you just have to find them...as I CAN CLEARLY see you didnt attempt to pick up carpeting or remove dead pedal to reveal steel

there is nothing directly behind the pedal. It's actually more in front of. I said that pic was just for reference. I carefully pulled the carpet back and found what I was looking for. I think it's quoted incorrectly as I wouldn't call that 'behind the dead pedal'. Non the less I found it. Thanks!

I'm very tempted to go looking for the USDM pic because I have seen it and could've sworn it was behind the dead pedal.

If you run something through that hole, a lot of rain water is going to get in and soak the carpet...

It's above the dead pedal.
