Help! Broken Lumbar support

I need some DIY help. I maxed out my lumbar and heard a pop, resulting in no lumbar support. When I push the button either way I can hear the motor working but no support. I searched for a fix but only found a fix for a 2005 TL. I removed the back of my seat and mine is diferent than the one from the TL.
I'm driving a 2009 RL and need the extra support especially with all the miles I rack up. I'm hoping to fix over the weekend and leaning on the experts here on Acurazine.

I haven't see any information here on the seats, but you probably need a new support.

Thanks 007. I have been logging a bunch of miles and needed a quick fix. In the meantime i've removed the back and found nothing broken but the motor is clearly not pulling on the wire that adjusts the lumbar plate (?).
I adjusted it to my liking and zip tied it in place. It will have to do until after summer baseball travels.
