HELP!!! Battery dies overnight
Please help, I have an 05 and for some time now the battery does not hold a charge over night. I have replaced the alt. and battery. When the car is running everything is working fine, the batt. is getting a charge from the alt.
Have you done any mods to the car at all? Added a aftermarket sub/amp? I remember seeing a thing in the past about amp/xm radio staying hot after car is shut off. Take a test light and check the fuse panels on driver side, passenger side, and under the hood.

That should help you diagnose which circuit is staying active

I had this same problem last year (also an 05) and my car was at the dealership for 3 weeks while they looked for the problem. And while it was there I had them figure out why my sub stopped working. Turns out that my radio had an internal short, fried my sub and was draining my batt. with a 5 amp parasitic drain while my car was off. So anyway new head unit and new sub and some wire repair and haven't had the problem again.

I though Acura had a fix for both potential battery drain issues. You can't blame them because they didn't come out to your house and fix it on your time.
I wonder if that's what killed the subwoofer that melted the other day.
