Talking Headlight Restoration on 2005 Acura RL

Hello, I just restored my Headlight, i use speedokote for the coating. I'm quite satisfied on the result.

Looks great! Mine is not too bad right now, but I definitely will do this in the future.

Have a tint shop put 3M Paint Protection Film on them and you'll never have to do it again.

I have the xpel headlight protection film on my lenses. They still look brand new. Definitely worth looking into if you just restored your headlights!

Edit: worth noting that I never had to restore mine, but the film has prevented mine from getting to this point

I bought and used the OP's suggestion and got very similar results. I will now apply film for longer protection:

Before

After (this is a bit out of focus, but you get the idea)

BTW after the sanding and cleaning, they looked like absolute crap, then you apply the sealer and it's a magic transformation....but apply the sealer very lightly.
