Does anyone have experience with GE Auto 4-star Plus Warranty. I got this warranty when I got my RL recently with $100/deductible (4yr/48k miles) - I am interested to hear anyone's experience in dealing with them and how quick they are, etc...

The only way to judge a warranty is from others who have had this, hence your post, or you having to use the warranty yourself. Just keep up with the maintenance and hope you never have to find out what it means to use it. Are you going to be able to extend the warranty when the time period is up? Some won't let you extend.

So far I have read good reviews on it but wondering if anyone got it with RL. I do not think I can extend it but I do not know for sure. Anyhow, I plan to use the warranty drive car little bit more and get newer RL; we'll see how it goes, I plan to share experiences on this forum ... thanks!

This kind of warranty would kick in for something major like transmission or engine failure. They usually strip the part down for inspection, determine the failure and then decide what is the cost to repair. Then your warranty will determine what you share in the cost, if any or how much the factory will pick up in repairs if it is deemed to be a factory failure. As I stated, lets pray you never have to find out what your extended warranty will cover.
