Extremely interesting find.. rubber dust inside intake manifold
Removing intake manifold. . Lots of debris. Rubber like. Is this egr malfunction or something? It's all they way into cylinder heads.

normal operation. normal oil deposit's from EGR and PCV

p.s. valve cover screws are 8 ft/lbs. You'll strip them if you tighten too much
