Exhaust tips

Hi guys is this the correct size of the RL muffler tips. I seeing people here in the forum replacing their tips or adding extensions.

exhaust outlets on my car were 2.5"

I have 2 tips that are 2.5" with 1 in 2 out @ 3"

They're never used but...if bolted on directly would be sticking out from under my bumer for bout 3-4"
