Engine emission light on

as the title says, and then ill feel a jerk and all the lights start lighting up. check engine is steady light, drive gear is blinking. please helppp

what code are you seeing on the screen?

I do not remember all the codes, but the main one that popped up was the input shaft sensor was not working, I got it replaced and it did not take care of the problem.
