engine differences in ours and the 2009??

The V6 used in the '09 is no longer the 3.5l, but rather the 3.7l from the MDX. In addition to the increased displacement this engine features the first use of VTEC valvetrain actuation for both the intake and exhaust valves.
I'm hoping the new engine when coupled with the revised gearing of the automatic transmission and slightly sportier suspension setup will be capable of acheiving a .5 second improvement in 0-60 times. That would make it one of the quickest 6-cylinder AWD sedans in the segment (Quicker than the M35x, A6 3.2 Quattro, E350 4Matic, 528xi, S80 T6 AWD, CTS4, but not the 535xi or GS350 AWD).
