"These bulbs are suitable for Daytime Running Lamps only - they do not produce enough light for useful illumination at night"
I don't see the correct fitting, anyway, but those are just dim LED's for use in the day.

So basically I have to give up my high beam then.
You're right, no high beam.
Check these out, not LED, but a lot brighter than stock...

I installed them and am very satisifed.

Not with 25 to 40 lumens, no way you will be close to having usable light for a high beam. While a different technology, but easy to relate to, consider a plain old 60 w incandescent light bulb that goes in room lamp gives off 830 lumens when new.
A standard halogen 12v 65w 9005 puts out about 1700 lumens

The HIR's are a lot brighter on high-beam, but still yellow and "standard" looking when used as a DRL. Actually, since I don't like the DRL feature, the HIR's are kind of a bummer in that sense since they're a little brighter than stock.
Where they shine, pardon le' pun, is when I flip that stalk forward and light up the world.
