Driver window stopped working, reasonable quote to fix?

Hey friends,

My driver side window has been intermittently non responsive when attempting to roll down in my 2007 RL. It will make a click sound and then the window will not move down at all. The other windows work fine, and I am not having any other issues.

My local dealership said $85 diagnostic and (worst case scenario of) $500-$600 to fix depending on the root cause. This seems high... As much as I would love to follow the service guide found in the forums, I am not savvy enough to do the work myself.

Is this price reasonable? Do you have any recommendations of how to fix this for cheaper? (simple enough to have mom and pop repair shop fix/ call honda ? )

Thanks!

Next issue to deal with are water leaks after going through a car wash... (rubber seals wet on the inside when opening door)
