Driver door won't open from inside
Odd thing happened today, I can't open the driver's side door from the inside. It will open from the outside. It will lock with both the fob and the inside lock button on the driver's door.
I took the panel off and can see the both wires for the lock and handle are attached and moving. But can't feel inside the door panel too well.
Does this mean the actuator is broken? If so, is it an easy replacement? And how?

Have you looked at the cable that attaches to the inner handle and see that it is moving freely? Is it then attached properly to the latch mechanism? It could be that the inner handle mechanism is broken, we need more information to properly diagnose
Put your window down and open the door using the outside handle. This will get you out of the car.
Been there for the moment of PANIC when you cannot get out of the car... LOL I'm a big dude and crawling out over the console is the last thing I wanted to do in a busy parking lot.
There's a cheap little clip inside that tends to break on the RL. I had mentioned it to my dealer before it broke that it felt funny opening while in for service. They checked it and found no issue. Withing the week, it broke.
Return to the dealer for a free fix and a car wash. >

I took the car to the dealer Friday, yeah I have a broken wire - probably that clip. They temporarily got it working, but said it could fall off any time after 1 use or 20. They ordered the part and will have it this week.

1. Restart engine.
2. Press window auto down.
3. Open door from outside and loudly curse twisted shoulder.
4. Alight.
5. Reassembly is the reverse of disassembly...
