Door Sills

Is the "Acura" nameplate/logo on the doorsill plates supposed to light up or anything? The logo almost looks to be a translucent or glow type material but I don't think mine do anything

Ahh, that's a drag. My buddy's Lexus has illuminated door sill logos and it looks hella cool at night!
