Does any one know if it is hallow behind it?? I ordered some teins with edfc and looking to put the edfc controller there.

 

I assume you are referring to the "not an ashtray" coin holder. Nothing behind it, you should have some room. You can refer to the ipod integration forums but basically remove the plastic around the gear lever with firm vertical pressure and "not an ashtray" is exposed. May have to remove black metal cross bar with an angled screwdriver to get it out.
