Has anyone here redone their brakes themselves, either pads or the rotors & pads? It would seem to be rather straightfoward to do, and the money saved would allow one to replace the rotors and pads at the same time. I have had bad experiences with resurfacing rotors on my Odyssey and my Volvo (Volvo recommends that resurfacing NOT be done at all), so my inclination these days is to get new rotors instead and start with fresh, full thickness rotors to minimize warpage. I don't yet own a service manual for the RL, so my assumptions about ease is based on my past experiences with brake jobs. TIA.
