Hello all,

I'm looking for any advice or help on secuing two to three bikes to my beloved RL. With the summer finally coming to western PA, it's time to annoy drivers by riding my bike on the roads. If anyone has had any success with any bike racks out there, I would greatly appreciate hearing about it. Or if anyone has figured out how to put some rails on the top of the RL.

The Saris Bones rack is genrally considered to be one of the best trunk mount racks if you're looking for that type. I bought one a couple of weeks ago but have yet to use it (I plan on putting it on my MDX though, not the RL). I rarely see it for less than $150 but Amazon has it in their Friday Sale (today only - 5/11) for $99.99 with free shipping.

I just had a hitch receiver put on our Odyssey to attach a hitch rack so I can carry my road bike without folding the seat down and removing the front wheel (of the bike that is).

I've been debating whether or not to do the same with the RL. The Thule Ridgeline rack fits either 2" or 1.25" receivers--to my knowledge they only make 1.25" receivers for the RL.

Let us know how it works out. BTW I have not seen great feedback on strap racks, FWIW.
