yes. How about change Change rear differential oil at the local acura dealer. Oil change/tire rotation, you can do at walmart, or other shop...

no. Oil change is very easy on Honda Pilot and MDX.. Oil drain plug is just underneath. you don't even need jack to do it..

Reviving this from the dead. A well known Acura dealer here in Boston, wanted to charge $360 for B16. I had to have the kind woman repeat it over the phone, I couldn't believe it. I found a coupon online for a $34.95 oil and filter change, and she quoted me $115 for the rear diff change. $150 all in. Figured for that price, the savings by doing it myself just isn't worth it.
