Applicable paddle shifter extention to 2g RL?

Applicable paddle shifter extention to 2g RL?
I'm trying to find paddle shifter extension, but I only can see it for Acura TL. Our paddle shifters looks similar to that of Acura TL 05-08.
Is it applicable to 2G RL?
Is there another compatible extension kit?
Does anyone install a paddle shifter extension kit on RL?
