Anyone have hard leather problems with the seats?

I bought a cpo 06 rl couple weeks ago, anyone else have extra hard leather on their seats? Ive read you can fix this with major conditioning like lexol. I think the previous owner left this car out in the sun, no tint also. Any ideas to fix this? Also I noticed the seats are harder then the my previous tl. Is this the same for you guys?

leatherique will soften up the leather and bring it back to life! It's an amazing product!

+1 on Leatherique

However, i have been told by the dealership/detailer that our perforated leather is "coated" for protection, and that coating tends to give the leather a "hard" feel feel compared to the non-perforated leather.

Which product do you guys use to make your leather just look good, in general? My leather isn't hard, it just looks cracked on the left side where I get in to the car.

When I tried using Leatherique (per the best practice of letting it sit several hours in the sun) it didn't soften the leather. I remember another thread that mentioned Leatherique not working with the coated leather that the RL has.
