Yesterday during football I saw the older commercials they played when the car first came out again. You'd think they'd make new ones being as the old ones worked so much magic last time, but atleast they are airing them again

 

There is a new one for the '06 featuring the Collision Mitigation Braking System

 

They really need to step up the overall marketing of the RL

I finally saw the new CMBS commercial on monday night during that fucking horrid game between the Pats and the colts(COLTS SUCK). The funniest thing about the whole thing was when I saw the commercial. the girl sitting next to me said outloud while watching it, "wow that is an awesome car"...........little did she know

 

WOW. I just saw an amazing commercial for the RL.
Very classy- has to be the highest budget TV commercial that honda's done.
Basically showed features from the car and then segued into the real life situation.
I won't be able to do it justice with a description. but wow, really. well done acura!

 

I think they may have hired a new marketing director. Even acura.com has been completely redesigned - check it out.

 

I think your right vp911. Who knows what happended with acura. There all new web site, all the commercials. Did you guys see the one for the TL Voice commands. Whats next, acura client services will act like they care when you call and actually take action.

 

I am not sure that will ever happen.
I have yet to see one of the new commercials...damn tivo I am so used to FF through all commercials. Somebody should record one and post it so I can see them

Now if they just took the same amount of money that they are now putting into advertiseing and put it into training dealership staff on customer service I bet acura would signifficantly increase sales and repeat customer purchases.
