Any updates on "XM Loading" Problem

I have done a search on the problem of the XM unit "Loading" instead of playing and didn't see any real conclusions. My car seems to do this from time to time but then performs Okay at other times. But I can go for 30 minutes with nothing but "Loading" and some channel switching. I called XM and they told me it is a hardware problem. Has anybody seen this problem through from start to finish? Or heard what the answer is?

Thanks!

Question XM Radio "Loading"

Had the problem for the first time last night. The radio pre-sets were still there, but when I clicked on them, it would listen to the channel for about 30 seconds, before resetting back to channel 01. When I switched back to the pre-set, it would show "loading" then time out after 30 seconds and go back to channel 01.

I called XM and they did a reset of my radio. It works for now........

Thumbs up

I was having the same problem with my XM-Radio constantly displaying loading or losing the signal. I took it to the dealer and they were aware of the problem. They replaced the XM antenna and XM radio module. The unit works perfect. No delays or lost signal.
