Airbag outline
Have any of you found a good product to hide the passenger airbag outline on the dash? I tried 303 and it is still visible, wondering if something else works better?
Thanks

Is this really an issue? I mean, there's a big logo that says "SRS" on it..... gonna fill that in too?

To mask it, you have to alter the appearance, and maybe it alters the functionality of it as well.
To wit, if you use anything that acts as a filler, it will undoubtably be ejected if the airbag ever deploys, even small substances are violently projected from the area in question.
Can you think of eye injuries; which I think are harder to cure than just dealing with the visual of a seam, or SRS logo.
For petes sake, I cant believe that a thing like that can be so darned annoying that it has to be altered or masked...
Just my 2 cents worth and a venting too.

You guys are getting carried away..............
I was just asking, which is the purpose of this forum, what type of vinyl protectant you have had the most luck with ,not only in terms of protecting the dash but perhaps in masking some of the minor visual defects on the dash. 303,NXT,amorall,vinylex????.
Was hoping for friendly opionions rather than condemnation of a simple question.

I've been using Liqui Tech LVR. It's a leather, vinyl, & rubber protectant with lanolin. Somebody in this forum recommended it and I've been using it ever since. I don't think it will hide any seams but it will restore the luster and it's long lasting.
