Airbag Emblem
For those of you whose airbag emblem has "lost it's luster", I recently found a seller on eBay that has them. Mine arrived yesterday and it is brand-new, not a used one that has been cut off of an exploded airbag. The seller's name is "finntzar" and it's a lady named Olga out of Connecticut. Doesn't appear that she has any for the RL right now but if you message her on eBay, I feel pretty certain that she'll get you one. Good luck---

How do you plan to replace it?

Already did. You have to pry the old emblem up with a hook pick to the point where you can get behind it to cut one of the tabs with an X-Acto knife then just work your way around until all of the tabs are cut. Be VERY careful or you can nick your airbag cover. The emblem then just pulls out but you will have to take the airbag off to shake out all of the tab remnants (there's like 16 of them). Then you can either just press the new emblem down in the cutout without gluing it or snip the tabs at their halfway point, put a dab of Cyanoacrylate glue on each tab and THEN press the emblem in. Took me about 30 minutes total. The lady that sells these emblems provides instructions for all of this.

Please note that with this method, your airbag will turn into a (plastic) shrapnel bomb.

Yep. That's what I was afraid of so that's why I poked the little "nibs" through so they were inside the airbag cover and then shook it around until they all fell out. There was 14 of them so I made sure I had them all before I reinstalled the airbag. Hurts enough to get hit with an airbag much less getting sprayed with plastic shrapnel.
