Received a call last night about a survey for Acura. Mainly about the navi, navi traffic, XM, HFL, OnStar, and Owner Link. I was supposed to rate usefulness on a scale of 1 to 10. Navi got a 10, traffic 1 (since not available in my area), XM 10, HFL 9, OnStar - told her it would be a 10 if you faced an emergency situation, but a 1 under normal conditions. I gave the Owner Link a 1 since I have never been able to get it to work. I have Verizon and there is no option in the setup.

 

I would probably agree with you on all those except HFL I would give a 10, I find it very useful. Traffic maybe a 6 - probably just because I havn't needed to use it yet - although it is available in the area. Owner link I would have given a 1 as well - like you said, there is no option for VZW.

 

When I bought the car a couple months ago, the salesperson said that I would be getting a survey from Acura...I never got one. Is this unusual? How long does it usually take?

 

The survey talked about in this thread is different than the one your salesperson mentioned. I have had the survey take up to 3 months to show up - and that was for my TSX. The TL took only about 6 weeks.

 

I bought my RL in February and this is the first survey I have been contacted about. Never have received one concerning the dealer or buying experience.
