No wonder the RL sales are off. Just opened the FEB 19 Newsweek Mag. to the middle pages. There, spred across two pages is the worst photograph they could ever have put on paper. The whole background is a tan color, and the vehicle (I think) is black with tan overtones from the backdrop. Looks like shit.
They should have taken a photo from this forum, what a shame.

i thought it was okay.......but they could have gotten a much better angle of the RL. it doesn't even look aggresive in the ad.

Although I'm sure Acura could do better in advertising the RL, please realize that sales on MOST luxury vehicles have decreased. That's just life in 2007.

Here's a classic example of Acura dropping the ball on advertising pics...I was flipping through a car mag the other day, and there's a picture of the new RDX I think... instead of having the nice blue HID lights on in the pic... they have the DRL's on. Now I know it doesn't sound like a big deal... but who doesn't think the light blue glow of HID's makes a car look better? Most people want them because of that fact... not because it makes the road look nicer.
Oh well... Just an observation
